Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing RJ Computers. Because all our educational offerings are interactive live online courses with limited batch seats and scheduled mentor commitments, our cancellation and refund rules are structured fairly for both students and instructors.

1. Cancellation Prior to Live Batch Commencement

If an enrolled student submits a cancellation request at least 48 hours before the first scheduled live session of their batch, they are eligible for a 100% full refund (or a free transfer to a future live batch of their choice).

Cancellation requests submitted within 24 to 48 hours prior to the first class will be eligible for a refund after deducting a nominal 10% payment processing and seat reservation administrative fee.

2. Policy After Live Batch Starts

Once a live batch has commenced and the live class joining details have been utilized, fees paid become non-refundable. This is because batch slots are limited, mentor time is reserved, and class seats cannot be re-allocated after commencement.

However, if a student faces unavoidable medical or personal difficulties preventing them from attending, RJ Computers allows a one-time batch transfer to the next upcoming live batch of the same course upon providing reasonable notice.

3. Batch Rescheduling or Cancellation by RJ Computers

In rare situations where a scheduled live batch is delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled by RJ Computers due to instructor illness, severe technical disruptions, or logistical reasons:

• Students will receive immediate notification via email and mobile phone.
• Students may opt for the rescheduled batch dates, transfer their enrollment to another live course, or request an immediate 100% full refund without any deductions.

4. Refund Processing

Once an eligible cancellation request is verified, approved refunds are initiated back to the original source payment instrument (Bank Account, UPI, Debit Card, or Credit Card) in accordance with standard banking and payment gateway processing timelines.
